Return Policy - K&K Beauty Supply


At K&K Beauty Supply, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

 

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • We do not offer cash or card refunds; all approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Return Request Process:

 

  1. Send an email to kbocasio7475@gmail.com including your order number, a description of the reason for the return, and photos of the product if possible.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. If the return is approved, you will need to ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of error on the part of K&K Beauty Supply.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

 

       Sale or clearance items

  • Personal hygiene products (for sanitary reasons)

  • Electrical tools (unless they have a manufacturing defect and are within the warranty period)
